Delivery & Returns
Delivery: For orders placed before midday Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), we will endeavour to despatch for next day delivery. Delivery charge – £7.95 (exc VAT) on all UK orders under £50.00. Deliveries are made by UPS who can deliver to most businesses in mainland UK. Carriage is calculated at checkout.
Orders to locations out of UPS normal delivery area are subject to additional charges, we ask that if you are based in locations outside of Mainland UK that you contact us for quotation. Deliveries placed through the website for delivery outside of the mainland UK are supplied on Ex-Works Collection basis only.
We do not deliver on weekends or public holidays. We endeavour to dispatch most of our items in 48 hours subject to stock levels at our warehouse. This excludes orders placed outside office working hours Monday to Friday and public holidays.
When an item on the order is not in stock, or there has been a delay, we can ship the rest of the order with the remaining items to be sent separately by request (may be subject to carriage charges). Very occasionally there may be an unexpected delay from our suppliers, we will contact you in this case. For unusual/special items that are non-stock, please contact us for a quote including a lead time for these products.
As all orders are picked and packed by our staff in our own warehouse, in very busy periods it may take a few days to process and dispatch your order.
Disclaimer
The above information applies to most cases but there are a few exceptions. We reserve the right to change our carrier/carriage charges any additional expenses will be clearly shown on site.
Collection: We offer ‘Click and Collect’ from our warehouse for stock items. Collection orders are very often ready within 1 hour, but please call to check. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you to advise and discuss if there is a possible suitable alternative.
Returns & Refunds: If you are unhappy with the product you have received, please contact us to discuss. If the item received is incorrect, we will arrange replacement (depending on product and subject to availability). If the item has been ordered in error, there will be a 20% restocking charge appliable, we would ask you to cover the postage costs of returning the item. You have up to 14 days from the shipment of the order to process a cancellation and refund. If an item has been specifically manufactured, we reserve the right to refuse to cancel/refund the order.
IMPORTANT - all packaging, where applicable must be returned with the goods undamaged. Goods supplied as ordered and returned for credit must be accompanied by an Invoice Number. Special orders cannot be returned for credit or exchange.
